Wheaties is
a cereal made up of crispy whole-wheat flakes. The popular cereal flake in the orange box was born when a Minneapolis health clinician preparing a wheat bran mixture accidentally spilled some on a hot stove, creating tasty wheat flakes.
Wheaties has been known as the Breakfast of Champions since the 1930s, and the cereal became synonymous with all parts of the sports world. This was General Mills first ready-to-eat cereal.
