Recipe for Honey Bunch Breakfast Muffins
Instructions:
1. Stir 1 cup each flour and Post Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder together in a large bowl.
2. Mix 1 cup each Light Kraft Peanut Butter and 1% milk and 1 egg in a small bowl. Stir into flour mixture with a few handfuls add-ins until just moistened.
3. Divide between 12 muffin cups and bake at 400°F for 20 min. or until golden. Cool.
Extra:
You can try adding in frozen berries, chopped and peeled apples or pears, mashed bananas, dates, drained pineapple tidbits, dried cranberries, apricots or raisins.
